Football icon has revealed that he is currently undergoing treatment for cancer after an accidental social media post unexpectedly made the private matter public.
The 75-year-old Liverpool, Celtic, and Scotland legend confirmed the diagnosis on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, through a statement released by , assuring supporters that his treatment is progressing positively while requesting privacy for himself and his family.
